Gonzaga's Civil Engineering program combines technical excellence, experiential and project-based learning, and the Jesuit 'care of the whole person', for a program that focused on tools and knowledge necessary to serve civilization. Our program fosters strong academic relationships between students and faculty. In small classes, hands-on experiences in labs and in the field, real-world capstone senior design project experiences, and independent research opportunities, students are guided by professors with deep academic and real-world industry experience in specializations like Construction Engineering & Management, Environmental Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Structural Engineering, Transportation Engineering, and Water Resources.
