Abstract

Since 2003, the Education and Manpower Bureau (now Education Bureau) of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) has developed a learning package called Effective Leadership for serving principals, which includes topics on servant-leadership (Walker & Quong, 2003). This learning package served as part of the professional development programme for serving principals, offering open discussion and self-reflection on the topic of effective leaders in Hong Kong across schools, universities, and seminaries.
