Abstract
This guided meditation is about opening your heart to all beings-including yourself-and wishing them well. It is an antidote to contracting around the pain and suffering of life, which separates us from others. The meditation can be read aloud or silently. Most importantly, it needs to be done slowly and in a quiet setting. So be sure to pause in the spaces indicated(...). Beyond that, there is no right way or wrong way to do the practice.
