Mission Engagement educates and empowers Gonzaga faculty, staff and administrators to embody our Catholic, Jesuit, humanistic mission in their work. Through programs, partnerships, and presence, we work with colleagues to bring the words, values, and commitments of our Catholic and Jesuit mission to life on campus and beyond. We believe this mission of education can be transformational not just for students, but for employees, too -- professionally and personally.
Our offerings include mission orientation for new staff and faculty, cohort formation programs, discussion and reading groups, spirituality programs, employee socials, workshops, and other events. We strive to co-create experiences that invite deeper connection -- with one's work, colleagues, values, and even one's sense of meaning and purpose. And as part of the Division of Mission Integration, we regularly partner with the other units in our area: Office of Tribal Relations and University Ministry.
