I will talk about how nuanced thinking enhances decision-making, communication, and resilience, particularly in times of change and uncertainty. This presentation is also to offer practical strategies for cultivating these qualities in leadership, emphasizing the importance of cura personalis (care for the whole person) and its manifestation in authentic and impactful leadership.
